ServiceNow Architect – Fully Remote

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a forward-thinking organisation in a fully remote role. This position offers the chance to work on a variety of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and more, designing and delivering innovative solutions for enterprise clients.

Role Overview:

• Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to business needs.


• Work across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring best practices and optimised configurations.


• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.


• Lead ServiceNow roadmap development, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.


• Oversee workflow automation, scripting, and system integrations for enhanced functionality.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in one or more modules.


• Strong knowledge of platform architecture, development, and automation.


• ServiceNow certification such as CSA, CIS, or CTA is desirable.


• Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently, collaborating with global teams.


• Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
