Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced ServiceNow Developer to work with a key client
**Please note this role is Umbrella Company Mandated**
Your skills and experience
* As an integral part of our ServiceNow team, you'll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective. As part of the team, you'll be empowered to:
* Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and RPA flows
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Implement and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to automate and streamline the customer experience
* Integrate RPA tools with ServiceNow for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing workflow efficiency.
* Optimize ServiceNow platform performance and ensure high availability by monitoring, analysing, and resolving performance issues.
Your skills and experience
* Wide-ranging experience in developing and customising ServiceNow, including workflows and integrations
* Proficiency in ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or RPA
* Excellent programming skills in JavaScript
* A problem-solving and analytical approach
* The ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels
