Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable ServiceNow HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and be adept at managing employee journeys and lifecycle events. This role will involve working closely with clients to implement and optimise ServiceNow HR solutions, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet client requirements.
- Develop and manage employee journey processes and lifecycle events.
- Customise and maintain the Service Catalogue to align with business needs.
- Facilitate self-service capabilities for employees to enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and manage incident resolutions.
- Drive change management initiatives to support new HR processes and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD.
- Strong knowledge of employee journey and lifecycle events.
- Expertise in managing change and implementing HR service catalogues.
- Proficiency in self-service portal development and management.
- Ability to manage and adhere to SLAs and incident resolution processes.
