ServiceNow Product Owner

p Our client, a leading global consultancy, are looking for a ServiceNow Product Owner to join for an initial 6-month contract based in Reading, on a hybrid basis. As a Product Owner, you will be involved in a greenfield implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM). /p br Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity br p Please note that in order to be eligible for this role, you must have previous hands-on development experience. /p p strong Role: Senior Platform Analyst & Product Owner (ServiceNow IRM / GRC) /strong /p p strong Rate: £600 a day INSIDE IR35 /strong /p p strong Location: Reading (hybrid - 3 days per week in office) /strong /p p strong Duration: 6 months /strong /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Work closely with the stakeholders/business to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates and assist them to improve efficiency and ensure the quality delivery of the business critical and priority solution/features to meet customer expectations. /li li Contribute to and review program vision, roadmap, business value assessment and content presentations. /li li Support Intake business requirements and contribute towards solution design together with Solution Architects, Platform Analysts, Project Manager, and other key stakeholders. /li li Prepare and participate in release planning, contribute to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation/prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog. /li li Envision integrated solutions across core systems/platforms to enable smooth data flow and process orchestration. /li li Work closely with Platform Solution Managers, DevSecOps Managers, and domain leads in supporting solution planning and other Agile Phases. /li /ul p strong Key Skills: /strong /p ul li A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow developments\implementations /li li Good exposure in IRM (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Change Management, Audit management etc) /li li Expertise in ServiceNow best practices, configuration, and customization to optimize platform performance and usability. /li li Expertise in Lean-Agile and DevOps practices /li /ul p If you have the relevant experience, please apply promptly and I will give you a call to discuss. /p
