New 6-month contract opportunity for a senior (outside IR35) ServiceNow Technical Lead with working knowledge of OMT and TSM to join a consultancy with immediate effect.ServiceNow Technical Lead (OMT, TSM) Required ExperienceWorking knowledge of OMT (Order management tool).Working knowledge of TSM (Telecommunications Service management).Experience working in the telecommunications domain and implementing ServiceNow in the telecommunications domain.ServiceNow Technical Lead (OMT, TSM) ResponsibilitiesDesign and set up ServiceNow solutions to meet business goals and follow best practices.Handle the technical details and execution of ServiceNow integration.Set up and customize ServiceNow features, including Workflows with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and various scripts and rules.ServiceNow Technical Lead (OMT, TSM) Application Process This is a 6-month contract requirement with a start date ASAP; CV's are currently being considered and interviews are taking place from 15th July 2024.
