What you will get in your new role

In this role, you'll earn �11.50 per hour, paid weekly with holiday pay accrued. You'll work in a supportive, family-run environment. Initially a part-time temporary position, this role has the potential to transition into a full-time permanent position for the right individual.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Sewing Machinist

Key responsibilities include operating sewing machines to stitch various materials with precision, accurately cutting leather and other materials according to specifications, and supporting the workshop with various tasks to maintain smooth operations. The role also involves performing leather stamping, keeping materials well-organised and easily accessible for the team, and carefully packaging finished products for delivery to ensure they reach customers in perfect condition.

Your personality, experience�and qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience as a Sewing Machinist, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work, demonstrating precision in craftsmanship and the ability to perform tasks with care. Experience working with leather materials would be incredibly advantageous. Additionally, a valid driving licence is preferred for this role.
