£11.44 pay rate unless experience operating a sewing machine in an industrial environment.
Interaction are working on behalf of a footwear manufacturer in Northampton, who are looking to train up some new candidates to operate their sewing machines. This is a prestigious name in Northamptonshire, and they are looking for motivated individuals who want to learn these new skills, and contribute to the growth of the business.
What we are looking for:
Candidates with a genuine interest in learning these skills, and forging a career in this environment.
Enthusiastic attitudes.
People with appetites for learning new skills.
Motivated by achieving targets.
Someone who understands the importance of producing a high quality product.
Ideally either sewing experience, which can be recreational if not professional.
If you have 3-5 years experience professionally operating sewing machines, then ideally you would be happy to support the training of the new recruits.
