Key Responsibilities:
Operating sewing machines to produce high-quality products
Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly production targets
Willingness to train and mentor less experienced team members
Continuously improving and upskilling in various sewing techniques
Collaborating effectively with team members and contributing to a positive work environment
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of experience working as a sewist/machinist in a similar role
Eager to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production techniques
Enthusiastic team player who gets along well with colleagues
Detail-oriented and motivated to achieve high standards of craftsmanship
Goal-driven and motivated by hitting production targets while maintaining quality
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:30
Friday: Early finish at 12:30 PM
