Are you passionate about craftsmanship and seeking a role with flexibility in a supportive work environment? We are looking for skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Workers specialising in thin gauge aluminium, steel, and titanium.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fabricate sheet metal products with precision, following technical drawings, instructions, and processes.

* Set up and operate fabricating machines and hand tools to cut, bend, and straighten metal materials.

* Shape sheet metal using anvils, blocks, or custom forms, ensuring accurate dimensions and smooth finishes.

* Assist in training new or less experienced team members when required.

* Adhere to all company health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.

Skills and Expertise:

* Proficient in using shrinkers, stretchers, straighteners, the English wheel, and rollers to shape parts.

* Strong understanding of metal behaviour during forming.

* Experience working with titanium, steel, and aluminium.

* Panel beater skills are essential.

* Welding experience is not required.

Knowledge and Compliance:

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.

* Familiarity with first-off inspection procedures.

* Ensure compliance with all company Quality and Health & Safety policies.

* Uphold high standards and contribute to team success.

* Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.

* Support training efforts and remain adaptable to potential transfers within the company to meet business needs
