Working for an international chemical processing organisation, this an excellent opportunity to be part of a large SHEQ team with excellent mentors and scope for learning and progression. The role itself will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to have a tangible impact on the SHEQ systems and culture of this site and the wider organisation.
SHEQ Manager will be responsible for:

• Representing the company at environmental services association, regulators, the HSE and tendering bids with key customers.
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory expectation on process safety management, occupational health and safety management and environmental permit compliance.
• Overseeing the Chemical Exposure Monitoring Programmes (COSHH).
• Linking with the technical functions (engineering, maintenance, laboratory) on CI, modernisation, new waste stream solutions and business improvement initiatives.

The SHEQ Manager will have:

• COMAH or Process Safety experience
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• Minimum three years Health & Safety experience.
• Experience with environmental permitting desirable.
