Job Title: Shift Engineer
Location: Northamptonshire (NN5)
Salary: �45K + Very Attractive Pension and Healthcare
Hours: 2's & 3's Day Shift
A larger, international food processor in Northamptonshire (NN5) is seeking a Shift Engineer to join their expanding team. This role is perfect for an electrically biased engineer with mechanical skills and previous food processing experience.
Commutable from locations such as Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, Rugby, Milton Keynes, Banbury, and Bedford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting reactive breakdown maintenance
- Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Electrically biased with strong mechanical skills
- Previous food processing experience
- Must be a good communicator and team player
- Computer literate
