Responsibilities:
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical building systems, ensuring seamless operations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults swiftly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
AHU and FCU maintenance .
Small installation, Fault-finding,
Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
Power distribution)
Fire Alarm Test's
Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
