Shift Engineer - Continental Shift - Commercial building - North London- Temp to perm - £24-25p/h

CBW Staffing Solutions are currentlylooking for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in North London. The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out Mechanical maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of £24-25p/h.

£24-25p/h ( paid via umbrella )
Continental Shift - 07:00 am-19:00 pm / 19:00 pm -07:00 am
Overtime Available

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Monitor mechanical plant
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors
Water Treatment
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

Requirements

Experience working in a large commercial building
Mechanical qualifications ( NVQ / C&G )
You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
