A successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ). Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, and mechanical maintenance. Hours of workContinental Shift - 4 nights, 4off, 3 days, 3 nights, 6off, 4 days - 07:00am - 19:00pm / 19:00am - 07:00am
Key Duties & Responsibilities\n- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
\n- Emergency lighting
\n- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
\n- Chillers - Re-set
\n- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
\n- Monitor mechanical plant
\n- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
\n- Pumps, motors
\n- Water Treatment
\n- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
\n- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
\n- Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
\n- Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
\n
\n- Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
\n- Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
\n- Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
\n- Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
\n

Requirements\n- Electrically qualified level 3 or Mechanically qualified level 2(C&G, NVQ etc)
\n- 18th edition (If electrically qualified)
\n- Experience working in a large commercial building
\n- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
\n- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
\n- Multi-skilled
\n- Good communication skills
\n- Excellent customer skills
\n- Must be able to get to the site for 07:00 am start
