Shift Leader

Shift Pattern:

• Full-time Days: Rolling 5-on, 3-off schedule
• Hours: 38.5 hours per week, with variable start and finish times
• Overtime: May be available but is not guaranteed

Pay Rate:

• £32,000 per annum

Person Specification:

• Experience in a busy logistics environment and manual handling is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a positive team spirit are essential.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and possess an excellent work ethic.
• No unspent criminal convictions (a Criminal Record Check will be required if successful).

Eligibility Requirements:

This position is in a warehouse supplying UK Airports, so applicants must meet security criteria.

You will need to provide:

• A 5-year checkable history (employment, self-employment, education, or benefit claims).
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (e.g., UK/EU Passport, Visa, Biometric Residence Permit, or Birth Certificate with photo ID).
• Proof of National Insurance (e.g., payslip, P45, or P60).
• Proof of address (dated within the last 3 months, e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or HMRC letter).
