Are you based in Oxford and looking for a new position as a Shift Manager? If so please see below a position that may be suitable for you.

Position: Domestic Shift Manager

Location: OX3 7L

Rate of Pay: �14.82

Shift: 5 over 7 days, 8am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and drive the performance of the audit programme to the required standards and
    volume

  • Manage and drive the performance of the cleaning standards across the entire 24/7 operations

  • Support the engagement with Trust Management and Clinical teams to build effective day to day
    operational relationships

  • Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Assistant
    Shift Managers and Domestic teams

  • Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues

  • Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery

  • Ensure KPI's are met with data provided from the Quality Manager

Requirements:

  • BICS Accreditation to appropriate level

  • Thorough knowledge on 2021 NHS National Cleaning
    standards

  • Thorough understanding of soft services delivery in
    an NHS environment

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of disciplinary processes

  • Audit processes

  • People management

  • Systems/ processes

  • Communication skills
