Shift Manager

Proud to be one of the leading global beverage can manufacturers, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Shift Manager to join our innovative team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth production operations and driving excellence.

Hours of work are 4 on 4 off (2 days and then 2 nights, 7am-7pm, and 7pm-7am), this is repeated 5 times, followed by 14 days off.

Qualifications:

• HNC / HND / Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, ideally with SAP and QA systems.

Experience/Attributes:

• Proven team management in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and self-motivation.
• Canning experience is desirable but not essential.
