Shift Supervisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join their team in Sutton Coldfield. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of daily schedules in Cutting, Pressing, and Plating, while upholding the company's core values and safety standards.

The Role:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will:

• Ensure the team meets daily schedule requirements in Cutting, Pressing, and Plating.


• Establish or adjust work schedules to meet customer needs.


• Promote a positive health & safety attitude across the business.


• Direct and monitor production activities to achieve daily targets.


• Analyse and resolve work problems, assisting the team as needed.


• Coordinate production activities with scheduling, maintenance, and quality control.


• Produce accurate, high-quality components and report quality issues.


• Support and train other setters/operatives.

The Candidate:

• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.


• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage ambiguity.


• A hands-on approach and the ability to perform through and with others.S
