My client is a well-established leading FMCG food business in the Greater London area who are looking to appoint a Shopper Marketer Controller – managing 2 direct reports.
This is an opportunity where you can make an impact from day one; with a broad customer base including top 4 grocers. You will lead the grocery shopper function by supporting the sales and brand management teams to activate campaigns instore and provide a long-term strategy to complement.

The role:
Strategic Oversight
: Align activities with business objectives on/off-line, and oversee shopper marketing plans - managing agencies and stakeholders.
Activation Development
: Design and implement plans to enhance trade, conversion, and channel engagement.
Consistency & Efficiency
: Ensure uniform activation plans to maximise revenue and optimise brand investment.
Team Leadership
: Manage 2 Shopper Marketing Managers, with budget oversight.
Relationship Management
: Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Finance teams, category & Insight managers and customers.
Career Progression
: Positioned for promotion to Head of Shopper within 2 years.
