We're looking for an enthusiastic retail Operations Manager to join a dedicated team in a busy shopping centre in the South East! We're looking for someone who has a strong operational background and technical expertise to support the ongoing projects ongoing throughout the centre.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of security, cleaning, and maintenance programs to ensure the shopping centre meets high operational standards.
Liaise with day-to-day hard and soft service providers to review and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPI's.
Develop and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive programs to maximise the centre's presentation and support ongoing maintenance.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
Proven experience in operational management within a customer service/retail environment or similar.
Knowledge of M&E, security, and cleaning, and relevant compliance and legislation.
IOSH/NEBOSH is preferred but not essential.
