Short Term Adults Social Worker

Westmorland and Furness are looking for Social Workers to join their Short term�Screening and Assessment function of the Short Term team.

Duties include being part of a duty rota to meet high priority need of Customers in South Lakes, carrying out care act assessments, mental capacity and best interests work where appropriate. Continuing Health Care knowledge / experience required.�

The ability�to organise visits and mange diary smartly to reduce travel time ie. visit multiple people within the same day is vital. Hybrid/flexible working�
