Specialising in high-quality and functional German Kitchen Design to retail customers, this showroom is trading with impressive turnover figures but there is scope to drive this even further. We are now seeking a charismatic and results-focused leader to join the team as Showroom Manager and enjoy progressing the business through their next chapter of growth and beyond.

As Showroom Manager you will enjoy:

• A competitive basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
\n
• An uncapped bonus (2% of showroom turnover) OTE £70-£100k realistically
\n
• PLUS healthcare, travel insurance, pension and annual holiday (increasing with service)
\n

Our ideal Showroom Manager candidate will have:

\n

\n
• A strong background in retail focused KBB Showroom Management (minimum 2 years+)
\n
• Key achievements you can talk about with passion
\n
• The ability to drive the business forward, growing the brand with personality and positivity
\n

\n

An understanding of German Kitchens and/or Compusoft Winner would be a key advantage.

\n

In the role of Showroom Manager you will:

\n

\n
• Oversee the day to day running of the showroom, driving sales and inspiring the wider showroom staff to achieve the same
\n
• Take decisive action to improve your profit margins including liaising with suppliers, identifying new business opportunities and seek opportunities to engage with the local community
\n
• Define set targets within the showroom and help the team to achieve or exceed these
\n

\n

Please note, due to the location of the showroom a driving license and access to a vehicle will be essential to your success.
