Our client is a well established and reputable fireplace and stove showroom based in Llangefni. They specialise in providing high-quality fireplaces, stoves, and accessories to their customers, with a strong commitment to customer service and product knowledge.
The Role
They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Showroom Sales Manager to join their growing team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the current manager, with plans for a smooth transition upon his retirement, following a successful trial period.
The role requires someone who is confident in working both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for interacting with customers daily; over the phone, via email, and face to face in the showroom. Additionally, you will manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organised.
Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and face to face interactions.
Provide knowledgeable advice and assistance to customers on fireplaces, stoves, and other related products.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Support the existing team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Skills and Qualifications
Experience within the fireplace industry is highly desirable, although candidates with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
The ability to speak Welsh would be an advantage but is not a requirement for this role.
UK driving licence required
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Self motivated, well-organised, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
