Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced �Mechanical Supervisor�to manage mechanical operations on residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise�mechanical installations and maintenance for residential and commercial projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure work is completed in compliance with local mechanical codes and regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead, manage, and train a team of mechanical technicians and apprentices on-site.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of mechanical teams, ensuring efficiency and safety.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure projects run on schedule.

  
  


• 
  

  Review and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor project costs and resources to ensure budgets are maintained.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform quality control checks and ensure safety standards are upheld.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide technical expertise and problem-solving during the project lifecycle.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Relevant mechanical certification or qualifications.

  
  


• 
  

  SSSTS / SMSTS certification.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience as a�Mechanical Supervisor�in residential and/or commercial projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience leading and managing mechanical teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience working on high-end or large-scale residential/commercial projects is a plus.
