Side Loader Driver / Labourer

Working in partnership with one of the Hull's most popular Timber Merchants to work in the heart of Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for a temp to perm position within a company that offers career progression, training opportunities and great pay (from �11.44 - �13.00) with a rewarding and with huge potentials.

Shift pattern / Working hours

Monday to Friday hours between 6 am - 3:30pm

Start date / Duration

Side loader position will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is a temp to permanent position.

Job description

• You MUST have valid Side Loader FLT License
• Ideally you will have experience working in warehousing or wood manufacturing
• You will be expected to assist with other general duties
• Labouring duties
• Feeding wood through machines
• You MUST be reliable and punctual
• You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Have a positive attitude to work
• Be self-motivated

The successful candidate:

• You will ideally have previous experience working as a side loader
• Have a side loader license
• You will have great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be comfortable working under own initiative with little supervision

• Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality
• Must be driven and want to learn about the different areas of business
