Site Agent - Highways & Earthworks

A leading tier 2 contractor has asked F&R to assist with a Site Agent requirement in the Birmingham area.

You will be the Site Agent on a Structures & Groundworks package. This is working under a tier 1 contractor, needing prior experience working on large infrastructure projects.

The works involve establishing compounds, implementing temporary work solutions, earthworks, road box construction, pavement, kerbs, vehicle restraint systems, white lining, accommodation works and fencing. Drainage is done by others, but you are expected to interface closely with that team.

Support from the Project Manager you will take ownership of the highways team's operational works, planning of works, and handover of assets. You will also be package manager/ owner for Earthworks, pavement, white lining and testing.

This role is to start immediately and will last past the summer of 2025.
