Site Agent/Manager

TRIbuild Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage the successful delivery of major water utilities and civil engineering projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor on large-scale infrastructure developments.
Role Overview
The Site Agent will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with project teams, and a focus on health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to optimise project performance.
• Oversee resource allocation to deliver high-quality results within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Agent in water utilities or heavy civil engineering projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of a project efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
