Site Agent

About the Company�- My client is a Sub-Contractor working on highways around Essex, Northamptonshire & Bedfordshire. They are seeking a Site Agent to work both on-site and in the office.

About the Role�- The Role will include;

• Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality)


• Visiting various sites or could be based on one larger project


• Daily liaison with clients


• Daily liaison with site foreman


• Assisting resolving daily project issues


• Liaising with QS


• RAMS


• Lift plans


• Project programmes


• Lookahead programmes


• ITPs


• Monitoring site progress


• Meetings


• Resource management / planning


• Material call offs


• Material reconciliations


• Record keeping


• Assisting with tenders


• General project administration

Responsibilities�- Candidates require;

• Site experience


• Subcontractor or main contractor experience in the UK


• CSCS


• SSSTS / SMSTS but we can provide this training


• Clean driving licence


• Good communication skill


• Ability to produce programmes

Pay range and compensation package�- �45,000 - �65,000 + Car allowance or company vehicle (Experience dependent)
