Site Cleaner

***IMMEDIATE START FOR A SITE CLEANER IN WELWYN GARDEN CITY START DATE 19.09.24***
Monday to Friday for around 2-3 hours per day (Between 2pm till 5pm)
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in maintaining a clean and organised environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary space for all occupants.
Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces

• Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials

• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures

• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms

• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines

• Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required

• Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role

• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques

• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Excellent time management skills

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay rate: £14 per hour 

Weekly Pay on a Friday 
The candidate will need safety shoes
