Site Controller / Web Specialist

We have a�brand new role��Nr. Worcester Park, working within the Main Dealership's Sales Department .....

• 3 day working week


• Monday, Wednesday and�Friday�9am-5pm


• This role requires you to be customer facing meeting and greeting and moving vehicles, so you must hold a Full Clean Manual UK Driving Licence.�(no more than X6 points)


• Salary is paid per hour

Job Description

My client has this brand new opening for a successful candidate, I'm looking for an ambitious individual who can be responsible and have excellent customer service skills including strong IT skills (social media usage/skills would be an advantage) . You will be looking after the forecourt and showroom, this means keeping the cars tidy on the forecourt. also taking high quality pictures for marketing and auction purposes, making sure pricing, vehicle presentation�and events merchandise is correctly added to vehicles or forecourt.

Ensure all vehicle inforamtion is complete and correctly listed on the webiste, regularly update vehicle listings to reflect current stock and pricing changes.

Other aspects of your role may or will include:

1. Managing the forecourt


2. Pricing and adding vehicles to the website


3. taking images and videos of vehicle in stock


4. Ensure cars are visually showcased Effectively and attractively


5. Use other digital platforms as and when required


6. Managing trade cars, providing descriptions and images of trade cars to the auction houses


7. Coordinate with the auction housesto facilitate the smooth transfer of trade cars


8. Maintain the forecourts presentation�


9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the forecourt is visually appealing

Main Dealership experience would be an advantage......

Experiece within web amanagement / digital marketing would be benefical. Able to use Digital equipment such as cameras, video eqipemtn and editing software.
