Site Engineer - MEP

MEP Site Engineer required to work for Principal Contractor on High Speed Rail Project.
MEP/Mechanical & Electrical works for construction, fit-out and commissioning of Tunnels, Shafts & Associated MEP Infrastructure Works.
Permanent Staff Positions based around Old Oak Common, North Acton and West London.
Full time office/site based roles.
MEP Site Engineer Role Brief:
Skillset: MEP/ Engineering/ delivery & testing and commissioning / Major infrastructure
MEP Engineer required to manage the delivery of works on 1 of the 12 No Assets within the scope of works.
As the MEP Engineer you will be responsible for the delivery of an element of the works at an asset. Reporting to the MEP Delivery Manager on the Asset you ensure that a quality product is delivered safely and sustainably in accordance with the contract program and requirements.
You will work collaboratively with your suppliers and others on the Asset to ensure that the works can be completed efficiently.
Essential:
-Experience of the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems including design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
-A professional qualification or degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related subject
-Knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing, and best practice.
-Knowledge and understanding of working to and implementing NEC construction contracts.
-Capable of working independently and proactively to progress works but also skilled at working collaboratively with other integrated team members and external stakeholders for the overall benefit of the project.
-Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Document Control Systems, Auto CAD).
-Excellent communication skills and ability to adjust communication style to suite receiver.
-Relevant CSCS Card.
