Site Engineer

The Company

An award-winning and leading construction contractor, committed to delivering high-quality projects within the civils, earthworks and demolition industry across the public and private sector. Our client is renowned for delivering complete construction solutions for some of the UK's biggest businesses. Due to increased work winning, our client is looking to appoint a Site Engineer that can deliver build & refurbishment projects across the North East, North West, Midlands and Yorkshire. Typical projects range between £1m up to £10m.

The Role

An accomplished Site Engineer responsible for leading the site team in the successful delivery of Earthworks projects.

This is a permanent role.

 Qualifications

• Previous / current trade background as a site engineer is essential

• Background and good understanding of setting out on construction projects

Duties

• Offer technical guidance and support to both project team members and clients

• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safety of all site personnel

• Progress reporting 

• Oversee and coordinate the testing of materials, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet required standards and  specifications 

• Identify and address any technical issues or challenges encountered during the construction

• Quality assurance

Permanent Position offering a competitive salary plus benefits package to the successful candidate (35k - 45k + Car allowance)
