Site Engineer

Abatec is recruiting for a freelance Site Engineer in the Devon area. Our client is a regional contractor currently delivering a government-approved, Environment Agency (EA) backed, flood alleviation scheme and requires a Site Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and previous drainage experience.

As a Site Engineer you will:

• Have experience in Civil Engineering and Drainage schemes


• Be the main source of technical advice and quality control.


• Provide levelling and surveying across site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations.


• Comply with the site-specific health and safety protocols to ensure any health and safety concerns are identified and reported as necessary.

Our client requires a Site Engineer with:

• Valid CSCS and experience of robotic total stations.


• A good understating of construction health & safety protocols.


• Excellent communication skills.


• HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.


• Understanding of AutoCAD

Salary and benefits include:

• �300 - �350 per day (CIS/Umbrella)
