Exciting Opportunity for a Site Services Engineer!

We are recruiting for a Site Services Engineer to join a well-established organisation based in Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values teamwork, innovation, and high standards in facility maintenance and operations.

The Role

As a Site Services Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office, depot, and associated facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You'll handle both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently while remaining compliant with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

? Maintain and protect building infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of all equipment
? Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across the site
? Maintain and repair Large Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration Plant to ensure peak efficiency
? Keep compliance documentation up to date and perform mandatory checks, including:

• Legionella control
• Refrigeration plant maintenance
• Dock levellers & access equipment
  ? Use CMMS (Shire) for scheduling and tracking maintenance tasks
  ? Support the installation of new equipment and implement energy-efficient solutions
  ? Assist with office and conference room setups, including audio-visual requirements
  ? Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure maintenance remains within budget

What We're Looking For

? Strong mechanical & electrical engineering knowledge
? Experience with health & safety legislation, including Legionnaires' Disease and Electricity at Work Act
? Skilled in fault-finding, decision-making, and problem-solving
? Self-motivated with a team player attitude
? Great communication skills across all levels
? Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

? Essential:
? Trade apprenticeship + multiple years' industry experience
? City & Guilds in a Mechanical/Electrical discipline
? Full, clean UK driving license
? Desirable:
? C&G 2079 F-Gas & ODS Regulations
? BS EN 378:2008 & BS 7671 17th Edition Regulations
? Counterbalance FLT Licence & IPAF 3a/3b
