Site Engineering Manager

We are working with a leading manufacturing business based out of Hartlepool. This is a rare role within a multisite organisation. We're looking to engage with a dynamic and astute leader to join this manufacturing site and lead it through a period of change. The Person:

• Experienced in a Leadership role.�


• Apprentice Trained in an engineering function.


• Experience in a Processing or Food environment.�


• Ambitious / Methodical / Effective Communicator.�

The Role:

• Lead all Planned Maintenance on site.�


• Responsible for setting and monitoring of KPIs for team.


• Accountable for ensuring that an effective & comprehensive preventative maintenance programme is in place & executed on time & on budget.


• Responsible for the Engineering Spares function on site.


• Ensure that business EHS is adhered to by the engineering function on site.


• Responsible for Engineering Budget.�


• CAPEX (Capital Planning, Implementation and leading all engineering projects).�


• Be site lead on Sustainability, driving efficiency improvements to help the site meet its environmental targets year on year.


• Managing site suppliers from an engineering function.
