Role: Site Facilities Manager / Administrator

Location: Loudwater, Buckinghamshire

Contract: 3 months+

Rate: �21/ph PAYE

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Be the onsite liaison point between the Facilities Team, contractors and site staff
  • Be responsible for building management systems
  • Assist with budgets, monitoring spend and raising purchase orders
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Team
  • Coordinate contractor management and KPI reporting
  • Support Health and Safety compliance on site - participate in audits, risk management, training and development.

Direct reports: yes, manage the site receptionist & support contractors.

Criteria:

  • Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety compliance
  • Ability to monitor a 10-year plan and suggest CAPEX plans
  • Knowledge of budgets and cost control
  • IOSH / NEBOSH (desirable)
  • Experience of monitoring spend and raising purchase orders (desirable).
