to take the helm of our dynamic 24/7 retail operations. In this role, you’ll lead a workforce of 250+, manage key operational functions, and drive continuous improvement, all while ensuring top-notch service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Full operational P&L responsibility across manufacturing, engineering, and planning.
Lead and inspire an operational team to exceed performance goals.
Focus on quality control, innovation, cost management, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and legislative requirements.
Maintain high standards of staff welfare and health & safety.
Keep pace with industry trends to ensure site improvements.
About You:
Proven leadership in a food manufacturing facility (preferably high care/risk).
Experience managing at a senior level, with strong people management skills.
Familiarity with BRC standards.
Analytical, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
