About Us:We're seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to lead a large-scale construction project.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality standards.Team Leadership: Lead a diverse construction team, providing direction and support.Scheduling & Budget: Maintain project schedules and budgets, controlling costs and resources.Quality Control: Enforce quality procedures to meet standards.Communication: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field. Certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.Experience: 8-10 years in construction management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
