We are seeking an experienced and driven Civils Site Manager to oversee and coordinate site operations on our clients civil engineering projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
�Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
�Lead site teams, including subcontractors and direct staff, to achieve project milestones.
�Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specification.
�Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
�Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
�Manage site logistics, materials, and resources efficiently.
�Ensure accurate reporting, including daily progress reports, site documentation, and cost tracking.
�Proactively identify and mitigate risks to the project's success.
Requirements:
�Proven experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or construction projects.
�Strong knowledge of groundworks, infrastructure, drainage, and structural works.
�Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
�CSCS card and First Aid at Work certification.
�Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
�Ability to interpret technical drawings and project plans.
�Full UK driving license.
