Site Manager - Commercial

Setsquare is hiring Site Manager based in Swansea for a main contractor specialised in industrial and commercial sector work.

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Duration: 2 week approx. holiday cover

Job Location: Swansea

Site Manager required for the new build industrial unit based in Swansea, the project has started and currently at groundwork stage.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and looking to start the candidate from Monday , 4th.
