Site Manager (Externals)

We are seeking an experienced Externals Manager with a Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification and a strong Quality Assurance (QA) background to oversee key external works on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage groundworks, scaffolding, frames, civils, and logistics to ensure efficient project delivery.


• Oversee temporary works coordination, ensuring compliance with design and safety regulations.


• Implement and monitor QA processes, ensuring high standards across all external works.


• Ensure health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments and enforcing site protocols.


• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets, resolving issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification (essential).


• Strong QA experience with a focus on compliance and best practices.


• Proven background in managing external packages (groundworks, scaffolding, frames, civils, logistics).


• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
