Site Manager - Facades

We are working in partnership with a market leading external envelope specialist who have recently experience exponential growth. This has now resulted in them looking to expand their operations team by hiring an Experienced Site Manager within the Fa�ade and Cladding sector at their site in Maidstone.

Roles and Responsibilities required as the Site Manager;

• Involvement in client prestart meetings.
• To assist with sub-contractors and hire equipment companies
• To communicate with subcontract trades for RAMS, pre-start meetings, progress updates and sign off of works.
• To ensure close working relationship with client site team.
• To contribute towards site progress/update meetings.
• Ownership of snagging/handover process.

Required to be successful as the Site Manager;

• Experience of facades, cladding, curtain walling and Steel Framing
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card - Management
• Knowledge and understanding of NEC Conditions of Contract, and implementing contract processes
• Experience of working as a No.1 Site Manager on schemes above �5M in value
• Willing to travel as and when required

This postion would suit someone with Cladding and Facades experience either previously emplyed as a Site Manager or Project Manager
