I am working with a company who seek a highly skilled Site Manager/ Contracts Manager to oversee a major regeneration refurbishment project in South Shropshire. This project involves the refurbishment of 100 units, including extensive cladding and roofing work across the estate. This project is for a 12 - 18 month contract outside IR35



Key Responsibilities: -



- Site Management: Oversee all site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.



- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including removing non-compliant contractors and enforcing stringent safety protocols.



- Procurement and Management: Procure necessary materials and services, and manage all subcontractors and site personnel.



- Collaboration: Work closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) and a Clerk of Works to ensure smooth project execution and excellent communication with residents.



- �Take full responsibility for the site's safety, productivity, and quality of work and ensure the project is delivered on time.



Requirements



- Relevant Site Management qualifications and NEBOSH certification.



- Proven experience in managing large-scale refurbishment projects, particularly in cladding and roofing ideally within the social housing space



- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
