Site Manager Housing

This award-winning national housebuilder are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a new 200+ unit development near Trowbridge.� As a 5* builder they are quality driven and take pride from the diverse range of projects they have undertaken, regularly winning awards with the NHBC.
Reporting into a Contract Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site, managing the subcontractors and ensuring that health, safety and quality are in line with company and NHBC procedures.
Applicants should have experience of working on new build residential schemes for a contractor or developer in a Site Management role and should be able to display a settled career history and have up to date Tickets such as First Aid, CSCS card and SMSTS.
