Description
We are working with a company�specialising in new build housing developments, who are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their�team and oversee the construction of a new project from the ground up. This is a PERM role.�
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the development to maintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts
* Full responsibility and control of all site staff and sub-contractors, including labourers, groundworkers, and contractors, ensuring that all employees comply with their�Health and Safety standards
* Liaising with management, client, and local authority departments to ensure smooth project delivery
* Timely ordering of materials to ensure the build programme can be achieved
* Ensuring all NHBC inspections are carried out as required
* Conducting handover inspections of properties to customers in accordance with our customer care procedures
* Completing any customer care defects raised as soon as practicably possible
* Actively promoting a culture of safety, progress, quality, and innovation on site
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager working on high-volume new build housing developments
* Extensive knowledge and experience of managing labour-only groundworkers/contractors
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Experience with site management software and Microsoft Office applications
* Valid CSCS card and NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
