Site Manager (M&E)

Albion Search are currently working with a national M&E Contactor to appoint a Mechanical Site Manager on a 12 month scheme in Oxford.

The client requires a Site Manager�with a mechanical bias who has experience managing significant mechanical packages, with the total value of works on this scheme being at �25m.

• Managing trades & sub-contractors


• RAMS


• Permits


• Contracts Manager updates


• Sub-contractor meetings


• Ensuring the programme is ran smoothly
