Site Manager - New Build Housing

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on small - medium sized new build housing projects, in and around the Peterborough/Lincolnshire area.

Jobs are both spec and HA and range in size from 25 -100 units and on a traditional build basis and your role is to ensure an�on time and to budget completion, in accordance with program.�

The company behind the vacancy is a privately owned, forward thinking House Builder that regularly wins awards for their work and who are not seeking to expand past the 350/400 units they build every year.�
