Site Manager - New Build Industrial - Dorset

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage the final stages of a �8 million new build steel frame Industrial warehouse project in Dorset. The project is coming to the closing stages and I need a Site Manager to take over and finish the final snagging works internally and externally such as painting & decorating, landscaping and final commissioning works.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project reporting into a contract manager and be able to do trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
