Site Manager - New Build

One of our top Modular Build clients has stacks of project work kicking off in and around South London .
Are you an experienced Site Manager with good Modular Build experience?
Have you worked on projects from groundworks and install through to fit out and handover?
Are you used to running sites up to £20m in value?
Site Manager roles & responsibilities:
\n

• Overseeing demo, ground works, installation of utilities, lifting operations and installation of modular units on site.
\n
• Subcontractor management, setting the standards on site in terms of tempo and quality.
\n
• H&S Management.
\n
• Reporting upline to Contracts / Operations Managers.
\n
• Client liaison.

\nSite Manager experience required:
\n

\n
• Minimum 7 years' Site Manager experience.
\n
• Modular Build project experience required.
\n
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
\n
• Strong IT / reporting skills.
\n
