Position: Freelance Site Manager - Night Shift & Weekends

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager's to join their team in Bristol on a fast-paced M&S fit-out project. You will be a key member of the site team, client facing and working on a sharp�dealine.

Required

Retail fit-out and refurbishment experience�is essential - Project list must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractors and specialists onsite


• Ensuring cost efficiency at all times


• Carry out toolbox talks & Inductions


• Responsible for on-site Health and Safety


• Chair site meetings

Must have commercial fit out experience, SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid.
